Elect School

If you do not hold a commercial driver's license, and your traffic ticket is not a: tag, registration, driver license, insurance, or mandatory appearance traffic ticket you can elect traffic school. You can elect traffic school, and pay the reduced fine amount the same way as listed above, and you would have 120 days to complete the traffic school. If you elect to attend traffic school and do not comply within 120 days of election, you will be subject to a license suspension, point assessment and additional fees.
