If you were involved in a traffic accident in Hialeah and are interested in obtained an accident report, you can request
one from the Hialeah Police Department in person or by mail. The Hialeah Police Department Records Section is located at:

The hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7AM to 4PM. There is a charge of 20
cents per page for accident reports. If you are requesting an accident report by mail, you must include your name, date the
report was written, case number, type of report and location of occurrence. A self-addressed stamped envelope with 40 cents
to cover the cost of the report must also be included. (No personal checks will be accepted.)
Please allow 3 to 5 working days before obtaining accident reports.
