Miami-Dade County Courts

If you receive a traffic ticket infraction in Miami-Dade County, and you request a hearing, your case will be set at one of the six courthouses listed below depending on the issuing police officer's work schedule, and area of patrol. DUIs, or criminal cases that require jury trials are set at the Richard E. Gerstein Justice Building. That is the only Court in Miami-Dade County that offers criminal jury trials.

If you received a traffic ticket infraction in Miami-Dade County, and you retain our services, you will probably not need to attend Court. Our attorney can resolves most traffic ticket cases in absentia. However, DUI and criminal defendants are often required to attend. We will let you know if you are required to attend Court, or if we believe that your presence will help your defense.
